• Each trainee will have to purchase his or her own text book (approx. $130.00 to $169.99 range, depends on distributor). Schedule permitting, additional charges will occur if we attend any out of state clinics. These clinics will be optional.
  
• The application fee of $300.00 is required upon submission of application. The fee is non-refundable if accepted into the course, otherwise it is applied to your tuition.
  
• Costs, paid in full, is required 30 days prior to course starting date and is non-refundable. Certain circumstances may be taken into consideration.

Housing

• Private housing is available at an additional fee of $400.00
• Modern facilities include fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
• Trainees will be responsible for all personal supplies, towels, and linens for a single bed.
• Trainees will be responsible for the cost and preparation of their own meals.

Refunds

• If a person has to leave due to a family emergency or hardship, tuition is non-refundable. However that person may return to finish at a later date to complete the program, circumstances permitting.
• A person leaving for unexpected military duty will receive a pro-rated refund. A letter from your commanding officer is required for proof of active duty call back.
